Refund policy

Returns are gladly accepted if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy. Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resalable condition in its original packaging with all items that were shipped.

We would greatly appreciate it if customers could accompany their returns with details of the problem and whether you require a refund or exchange. Do not damage the product or the packaging. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the product, Violet Luxe reserves the right to refund you in full less compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss if we cannot repair. For correctly supplied items return shipping costs are not refunded.
